No. Every case is preserved exactly as submitted by the person who reported it. Dark Matter Files is a collection, not a fact-checking body.
Can I submit my own story?
Yes — use the report form near the bottom of the homepage. Include your email so we can follow up if your case is selected for publication.
Can I request my submission be removed?
Yes. Use the Feedback link and include the email you submitted with, along with your case details.
Do you share my email with anyone?
No. Your email is used only to contact you about your own submission and is never sold or shared.
